Single-Pan Vegetarian Side Dishes Strawberry Basil White Balsamic Vinegar Greek Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil Honey Poppy Seeds

This is a quick and easy dressing that goes with many salads!

One way I love this dressing is on a salad with jamaican jerk chicken (we recommend Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Me Crazy!), diced mango, feta cheese and crispy fried onions. Also a fresh summer berry salad fits the bill!

Strawberry Basil Poppyseed Dressing

5 minutes total (5 minutes prep)

Ingredients

1/4 cup Strawberry Basil White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup varietal extra virgin olive oil (we love Greek Koroneiki!)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or a dressing mixer. Shake until combined. Can be kept at room temperature.

Makes ~ 1/2 cup dressing
