When we are considering a new product for the store, we try it first before we put it on the shelf. As soon as I tasted the Raspberry Amaretto Jam from Terrapin Ridge Farms, I knew we had to have it and I knew I had to get some to my sister. We did and I did and she was hooked!
This dip is her creation! Even I had to admit that this flavor combination would never have occurred to me, but that's what I LOVE about cooking. This dip is super simple to put together but it hits all the right notes and it will disappear at your next party!
- 2 8oz blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Amaretto Jam
- 8oz crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
In a 13x9 dish, spread the two blocks of softened cream cheese evenly along the bottom. Spread the Raspberry Amaretto Jam evenly on top of the cream cheese. Top with crumbled bacon, followed by pistachios to create a four layer dip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
Serve with crackers, slices of bread or veggies.
