Baked Bries are one of those appetizers that people go "ooooh" over and it is a pretty simple appetizer to make!

You can do this with puff pastry or crescent roll dough but it is so much more impressive with the puff pastry.  The pecan apple topping comes together quickly and makes it feel so much more fancy!

Pecan Praline Baked Brie
Ingredients
Instructions

In a medium skillet, melt butter.  Add brown sugar, Pecan Praline dark balsamic and stir until mixed.  Add in apples, cranberries, pecans, salt and cinnamon - stir to coat.   Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until apples are slightly softened.  Remove from heat.

Unfold puff pastry and place the brie in the middle.  Cover the top of the brie with the pecan apple mixture, don't worry about it falling over the sides, the puff pastry will bring it together!

Starting with each corner, bring it up and into the center of the Brie.  Pinch and fold any openings along the sides of the brie together.  Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown and has started to puff up.  Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
