Mediterranean Cranberry Pinwheels
These sweet and savory pinwheels are perfect bite-sized snacks that will fit in at any gathering.
I'm a sucker for snacks like this at a party - perfectly poppable snacks that have great flavor! Sweet and salty, with a hit of our Mediterranean Dark Balsamic vinegar giving them an extra tang, these will have your guests coming back to snag another one again and again!
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled into small chunks
- 2 tsp Mediterranean Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Garden Veggie Mix
- 5 oz sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 5 (10-inch) flour tortillas
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, Mediterranean Dark Balsamic & Garden Veggie Mix. Using a spatula or hand mixer, mix until smooth and well combined. Add dried cranberries and sliced green onions, mix with spatula until evenly distributed.
Spread mixture evenly across the flour tortillas and roll up tightly, creating the pinwheel effect. Let roll ups sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes-2 hours, then slice into 1/2-inch rolls using a serrated knife. Drizzle with additional balsamic vinegar if desired.
