This cocktail, with it's light pink hue, is a great addition to a holiday happy hour!
By combining both red and white cranberry juices, along with a simply syrup made from the Honey Ginger White Balsamic, this sweet tart cocktail is both flavorful and pretty! This recipe is also very easy to scale up for party-sized portions.
- 1/2 cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Honey Ginger Simple Syrup
- 1 oz ginger liqueur
- 2 oz white cranberry juice
- 1 oz red cranberry juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- fresh cranberries for garnish, if desired
Honey Ginger Simple Syrup
Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and ½ cup Honey Ginger White Balsamic in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let cool for 10 minutes then pour into a mason jar or another container of choice and place in refrigerator. For best results, let cool fully before using.
Honey Ginger Cosmo
Combine vodka, ginger liqueur, honey ginger simple syrup, cranberry juices and lime juice over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake until well mixed. Pour of glass with ice, garnish with fresh cranberries (optional) and enjoy!

Could also make the simple syrup using the Cranberry Pear White Balsamic to lessen the ginger flavor
