Sometimes a homemade granola is all you really need to pull a breakfast together and make you feel super accomplished at the same time.

Making granola at home can be very quick and easy, not to mention versatile!   Not a fan of almonds?  switch them out!  you think raisins are gross but you love dried apple?  switch them out!  You can also make significantly more granola for significantly less cost.

We love using our balsamic vinegars in our homemade granolas because they are naturally sweet (no added colors or sugars!) and then we can use less other sugars.

Preheat oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a mason jar, combine blueberry balsamic, maple syrup and olive oil. Shake well. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until dry ingredients are thoroughly covered.

Bake at 325F for 15 minutes; remove from the oven and stir with a spatula before placing it back in the over for another 10-15 minutes or until toasted brown and crunchy. Once cool, mix in dried blueberries and store in an airtight container.
