This recipe is so simple but I do love the flavor combo of blueberry, maple and banana! It's an easy breakfast to throw together in a hurry but helps keep you full.
This version is made with Mixed Up Foods Maple Bliss nut butter, our Blueberry Dark Balsamic, fresh bananas and a little sprinkle of salt but feel free to edit as you see fit! I've got a couple more suggestions of combos in the notes section below.
Banana Maple Toast
5 minutes total (2 minutes cook • 5 minutes prep)
Ingredients
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 2-4 tablespoons Mixed Up Foods Maple Bliss Nut Butter
- sprinkle of kosher or sea salt
- drizzle of Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Toast bread and spread with Maple Bliss Nut Butter. Drizzle a bit of the Blueberry balsamic vinegar across each piece of toast, sprinkle with salt and then place sliced bananas on top. Enjoy!
