Y'all, this is going to be my mocktail of the summer. I can already picture sitting on the patio on a Monday night drinking this non-alcoholic spritzer out of a wine glass and pretending that it's a Friday.
This spritzer is super simple and can be made in single drink or in a bottle/jar for multiple drinks. Great for a summer party! The ingredient list below is for a single drink but simply scale it up for the desired quantity.
- 1 tablespoon Pureevino Strawberry Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1-2 fresh mint leaves, torn
- club soda
In a glass, combine Pureevino Strawberry Vinegar, simple syrup and mint leaves. Stir to combine, then add ice. Top with club soda and give one final stir to combine. Top with additional fresh mint leaves & fresh strawberries if desired.
